Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

• Entrance is at the hall off the kitchen.

Security Cameras

• The homeowners use 4 exterior security cameras to monitor their property: one overlooks the driveway and deck entrance, one faces towards the front door, one faces the stairs to walk up to the property, and one overlooks the lower driveway.

Policies and Rules

• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• Minimum age: 25 years.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

Fees and Payments

• This home allows up to 2 dogs, a max of 15 lbs each, for an additional pet rent of $25 per night per pet.
• Firewood for the indoor fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You'll receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night each.
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

• The roads leading to Wolfman Lodge are paved, but the driveway is a steep, uphill climb. AWD/4WD is recommended year-round. Chains may be necessary to access the home in times of snow or ice.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
• Dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, hot tub, washing machine, clothes dryer, high-speed internet, TV, carbon monoxide detector, smoke alarm, and free parking are provided.
• There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
• Towels and linens will be provided.
• Hair dryers are not provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

• Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
